With the advent of new legislation, as from 2009, all requests for Criminal Records must be accompanied by a full set of the candidates’ fingerprints. The Criminal Name Clearance check performed via the South African Police Services Criminal Record Centre will be discontinued, and become unavailable. A request for a Criminal Record check MUST then be accompanied by a full set of fingerprints. Importantly, these fingerprints may be in electronic format. This format for fingerprints has been determined, and can only be forwarded to the SAPS via specific biometric devices and predetermined transfer mechanisms.

Candidate Database - Our candidate database is divided into various job categories, qualifications and salary levels and comprises of a comprehensive search facility.

Executive Search - Due to various socio-economic factors, there is a shortage of top-class executives across industry in South Africa. This has led to a much greater reliance on executive search procedures by the recruitment industry to identify potential candidates particularly in the Information Technology and Financial markets. Top calibre candidates are generally approached by recruitment consultants with opportunities on a regular basis or utilize their networking structures within industry to secure new employment opportunities. This is managed by one of our Associates who has excellent resources and is able to Executive Search successfully.

Networking - Our networking activities mean that we are able to offer our clients a top-quality, seamless service, and through our extensive track record of delivery, we receive ongoing referrals from clients and candidates.
